Concrete example in our current production:
Serial production for one of the world-wide biggest machine tool manufacturers. Company Deckel Maho Geretsried GmbH. The range of the so-called „Vertical machines“ reaches from standardized, high precise and in high number of pieces produced working centers to high-tech machines for the machine tool and molding industry with special strength in HSC-milling machines (High-Speed-Cutting). Most modern linear drive technology is used for the new generation of vertical machines offering additional dynamic and efficiency. KABELSCHLEPP, supplies ready-to-assemble cable carrier systems for the installations 64V, 104V and 144V.

The KABELSCHLEPP-complete-systems for the above mentioned machines consist of two cable drag chains ME 0650 and MT 0650, which among others support the electric controls Siemens 810 D powerline resp. iTNC Heidenhain with special lines. The cables are already inserted into the cable drag chains. Furthermore several pneumatic and coolant hoses are applied.

Both cable drag chains are pre-assembled to two metal supports and the projections of the inserted elements are individually fixed. Both, the cable drag chains and the metal supports are produced at KABELSCHLEPP. Finally, a transport rack, 1700 mm high and 1800 mm long, specially developed by KABELSCHLEPP GmbH completes the delivery in a way that the position of the cable drag chains during transport already presents the final position within the machine tool. Therefore there is no need for annoying mounting and preparation times during the assembly of the complete system at Deckel Maho.

Result for our customer: Delivery – Unpacking – Installation – Connection – Ready!
